Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions contained in this document are those under which Silver Miners supply any of the products or services advertised from time to time or listed at our website www.silverminers.co.uk and/or our mobile applications. Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they will form the basis of our contract with you. You should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

We are committed to providing total quality service and high-quality products, please read the following sections for further details.

 

1.    Supply

1.1.    If you are a consumer, you may only purchase Products from our Platform if you are at least 18 years old.

1.2.    We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and to limit the maximum quantities of individual Products which may be purchased by any individual or company (whether per individual order or in aggregate).

2.    Availability

2.1.    All Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time prior to Despatch or storage.

2.2.    When ordering Products from our Platform please note that any images are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we try to display the colour and design of our products accurately on our Platform, the actual colour and/or design you will see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour or design will accurately reflect the colour or design of the Products and/or packaging on delivery or storage.

2.3.    In particular, please note, that an image of an historic coin Product is only an example of the historic coin Product and in some circumstances may not accurately represent the quality, look or feel of the historic coin Product.

3.    Delivery

3.1.    We will endeavour to deliver within 21 days of the date of your order or on the advertised delivery date, unless there are exceptional circumstances. However, any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. If we are unable to deliver your order within 21 days of the date of your order or on the advertised delivery date, we will notify you in writing of the delay.

3.2.    In the case of Products which are purchased by you during a pre-selling period quoted delivery dates shall be from the date of Product launch.

3.3.    In the event of a significant delay in delivery you may cancel your order resulting in us providing you with a full refund.

3.4.    If you fail to take or accept delivery of the Products then, except where such failure or delay is caused by an Event Outside Our Control or our failure to comply with our obligations under the Contract we shall, store the Products until delivery takes place, and charge you for all related costs and expenses (including insurance).

4.    Quality

4.1.    If we are dealing with you and you are a consumer, we warrant that the Products shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose held out by us.

4.2.    You shall notify us of any loss or damage in respect of any Products delivered to you under these Terms and Conditions within fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery.

 

5.    Price and payment

5.1.    The price of any Products will be as quoted on, or calculated by reference to, our website. These prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our invoice. Delivery costs shall be as quoted on the Platform or advertisements (whichever is applicable) from time to time, except in cases of obvious error (being a manifest or clerical error/typographical error). Where you are purchasing Products for delivery outside of the UK, you will be responsible for payment of any and all sales taxes and import duties or equivalent, in connection with the sale, importing and delivery of the Products, due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the Products are ordered and/or delivered.

5.2.    All payments by credit or debit card will be pre-authorised for the full amount due for payment at the point of order. If we are unable to despatch the Products within a 10-day period, we will release the pre authorisation and will debit your credit/debit card on despatch. Where you have ordered more than 1 Product you may request for part of your order to be despatched before the whole order is ready for despatch once 1 of the Products ordered is ready for despatch. You will be responsible for all and any additional delivery costs incurred as a result of your request for part delivery of orders. If the price of Products ordered does vary we will seek your agreement before deducting more than the previously quoted price.

5.3.    Please note that when payment is made by credit and/or debit card, your card provider may charge you a fee for your purchase. You should contact your bank or card issuer to confirm any charges which they may impose before any purchase. We will not be liable to you for any such charges.

6.    Returns

6.1.    If you decide you no longer want the bullion coins or bars you have purchased from us, unfortunately, it is not possible to return them. Prices are determined by the live precious metal spot prices, the goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets. Therefore there is no statutory right to return or cancel an order once placed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6.2.    However, should you feel the bullion coin or bar does not meet your expectations of mint high-quality standards, please contact our customer service team within 14 days after the date of delivery and we will give you full instructions on how to return your product for full quality inspection.

6.3.    After contacting us, you may be asked to complete the Returns slip which you received with the item and enclose it in your return package. This item must be returned in the original packaging and must be packed securely and sent through a track and trace postal service.

6.4.    Please note – Once the product has been received by us, it may take up to ten working days to inspect your order and advise you of any applicable outcome
